The German Road Trafic Law has changed:
All coaches registered in a member country of the European Union or a country of the European Economic Area with first registration on 08.12.2007 and later, do neither need a tempo 100 permit nor a tempo 100 sticker, if they have a certificate of their national traffic authority in german language, that they are tested for tempo 100 regularly.

ATTENTION !
I will not issue tempo 100 permits for these coaches anymore !!

All coaches with first registration before the 08.12.2007 must have a tempo 100 permit and sticker like before.
I also have to renew the permit:
 

• after it has run out,
• if the owner changes,
• if the reg.-nr. changes.

The Ministerium für Verkehr des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen has entrusted the Straßenverkehrsamt Aachen to issue permits for west european coach operators to drive on german highways with tempo 100.This means for british coach operators: If you get a new coach without a tempo 100-test-certificate of a German test-station (example: TÜV for EvoBus in Ulm, TÜV Mannheim for DaimlerChrysler), you ask the Department of Transport in Swansea -DOT-, to get a test-certificate, called PSVC 6. You have to send me this test-certification and the due fee (see below). I will send the certificate to drive tempo 100 on German highways together with a sticker 100 to the DOT. The sticker must be sticked into the back window of the coach. If the coach has no back window, please let me know. I also have stickers for outside. If you buy an old coach of a previous owner, please send me the old certificate or a copy together with the fee (see below). Some days before your certificate expires, you send it or a copy to me together with the fee (see below). All certificates are valid for three years and must be renewed then. The costs for tempo 100:

• The Straßenverkehrsamt Aachen issues the permit after receipt of more money.
• It´s not possible to pay by cheque.

• If you send us the expired permit after the expiration date, you have pay the price of a new permit.
